For everyone having the GPS coordinates error you need to update the lat/long in multiple spots. You've probably already updated them in the Configs>Coords file. Next you'll need to update the location in PokemonGo.Rocket.API.Console.exe and PokemonGo.RocketAPI.Console.vshost.exe. Should be line 37 and 40 in both files.
