Help/Support It's possible change or unlock IMEI in IPhone 6 (IOS 9.3.x)?

Hello,

I am a new user in the world of Apple. I'm from Argentina and here are usually not sold IPhone officially (but if other apple products). All IPhone you get are imported from USA and there are resellers who sell very expensive approximately 900 USD as an iPhone 6 (16 GB).

My problem is that a few months ago, I bought an iPhone 6 to someone who said he found on the street, and the price was half of what is sold new here. As never had an iPhone, I thought it was just important to have unlocked iCloud, but when I went to use it, I realize had doesn't connect to the phone network (I can't make calls or messages, but yes can use 3G network). I perform a check with my IMEI reports on the website DoctorSIM and has a report lost or stolen and was blocked by the carrier "Movistar Argentina". For everything else the IPhone works perfectly and is unblocked for any company.

I want to know if I can do something about it to use it normally. I don't have currently Jailbreak, because I'm hoping that Pangu launch the tool for IOS 9.3, but assuming it did, there's a tweak or anything I can do for this? I've seen old tools to change the IMEI as ZiPhone for IPhone 4/5, but I think thet don't work anymore.
