This still works, however.

Hello,

As many of you have noticed, iOS 9.2.x - 9.3.3 Jailbreak was recently released. You may get excited about this and begin Jailbreaking ASAP so you can install the cheats you've always wanted to try out, but, since iOS 9.2.x (I believe), Apple has changed app's location yet again. This means that *some* of the hacks you see on iOSGods may not install correctly. You will get an error like this for example: http://i.imgur.com/ZdbgoNl.png

"/var/mobile/Containers/Bundle/Application/*/AppName.app/ directory wasn't found, please make sure you have the app installed or ask for support on iOSGods.com"

The .deb hack tries to copy over a file to the app's directory to make the hack work, but since the directory has changed on iOS 9.2+, it fails to do so.

In order to manually fix this, all you need to do is:

1. Download and install the .deb hack file and make sure you get the error mentioned above.

2. Once the hack fails to install correctly, open Filza or iFile and navigate to /var/mobile/Documents/Binary and you should see a file there, that's from the hack.

3. Copy that file and paste it to /var/containers/Bundle/Application/<some random alphanumeric characters>/<APPNAME>.app/

4. Replace and overwrite the old file.

5. Now make sure the file you just copied has permissions set to 0755:

Read, Write, Execute

Read, Execute

Read, Execute

-

Once you complete the steps above, activate the hack from settings (make sure you have the hack's requirements installed) and open the app. Everything should work now. :)

When you open Cydia you will receive a message about a "Half-Installed Package", ignore it for now. You may experience issues when installing other packages from Cydia since the hack is half-installed.

Upcoming hacks will have compatibility with all iOS versions until now so you won't have to follow those instructions every time.
