Help/Support Import images to PC.

Hello, i wonder what i do wrong, I need to import my pics from my phone that is a Motorola MotoG 3gen with mashmallow OP, When i insert the USB to my PC from the phone a window pops up with name MotoG and its emty, i have tryed to restarted the pc and the phone but its just the same, im new to android and i cant find anyone having the same problem on goggle.

Try airdroid, it's free and you can view stuff from web. There are opinion got pictures I think

Have you tried turning on USB debugging mode?

 

Do this:

 

1. Go to Settings then scroll down and tap About Phone

2. Scroll down to Build Number and tap it 7 times to enable developer menu

3. Go to Settings, then Developer Options, then Debugging and turn on USB Debugging.

 

Now, swipe down the notification bar and you'll see USB for charging, tap on that and then change it to transfer files (MTP). You should now see your sdcard contents

@Amuyea i took your tips, it worked super! the only problem was that i cant share the whole folder with 100images haha but it s fine, Thank you all for intrest!

You also can share it to get "Premium free" for 14-15 days and you can repeat

Did you unlock the phone before transferring the images to PC through USB ?

 

If you have Passcode or Finger scanner enable than PC can't open your Phone Storage through USB connected
