Help/Support App Tool

[Naeksu 2.2k iPhone Xs Max 13.4.0]

So, im looking for a place / program / tool to help me create a very simple iOS app.

 

The app isn't supposed to contain anything else than a headline, some text in the middle under headline. A search bar and a button next to it.

 

And in the bottom a Contact us, About us, and FaQ.

 

I have looked at probably 15 free sites that offer online app creation, and none allows me to add a searchfield.

 

(The searchfield is going to work like a map. IE you search for your postal code and all the car dealers in your area shows up for example ) 

 

It's a buisness idea where I choose whats to be shown on the map, IE my affiliates. 

 

Any takes on how to proceed?

Looks like you need to whip out Xcode and do everything manually.
