Installation Instructions (Images in the Spoilers):
Step 1: Download the hack file from the link above.
Step 2: Extract rar files into a foldier
Step 3:

Find your ip. Go to your control panel and do as shown in the pictures above. 

Step 4: 

Enter your ip into the HTTP proxy in your wifi settings on your device. For the port put 5050.

 

Step 5: Open the start.bat file on your computer to start the proxy. 
Step 6: Go to Safari (it MUST be safari) and enter yourip:5051. So for example if my ip was 1.1.3.4, then I would enter 1.1.3.4:5051 in the url bar.
Step 7: It should then redirect to the settings screen where you have to install a profile. Install it. 

Step 8: Open up ffrk and it should work when you enter battle. Switch the HTTP Proxy to off when you finish. If you want to use the proxy again, you have to enter the ip and port again. You don't need to redownload the profile unless you're using a different ip, or the profile was deleted somehow.

Can't get it to work When I put in the IP+:5051 it doesn't redirect me anywhere.

Are you sure you followed the instructions correctly? If you googled to find out your own IP, it's completely different to the IP that is connected to the internet. Step 3 is the really important step which can determine you whether you can connect or not.

What this person said. Also make sure the Proxy is on when you put the ip in and make sure you are using Safari. Chrome does not work.

You use safari on your idevice. Enter yourip:5051 in the url bar. It will switch to your settings app and you install the profile there.

Really can't get this to work. I'll write all the steps I did and maybe you can see where I messed up.

1. downloaded the file and extracted it.

2. gotten the ip address from the network connection details (xxx.xxx.x.x)

 

3. Put that IP address into my HTTP proxy on my phone with 5050 as port

 

4. Open start.bat file from the download. It says listening on 0.0.0.0:5050 and 0.0.0.0:5051

 

5. Open Safari on iphone, put in IP address+:5051 and nothing happens.

 

Did I go wrong anywhere? o_o

I don't see anything wrong with what you did. You could try turning off the proxy and putting the url bar again.
