Follow this:

1.) Get the cracked .IPA of the game.

2.) Transfer it to your PC via WinSCP.

3.) Open the .ipa with Winrar.

4.) Go to Payload/xxxx.app and find Info.plist.

5.) Look for MinimumOSVersion and change the "8.0" to "7.0"

6.) Then, you install via iFunBox.

you can download it but maybe it wont work anyways,

 you can do it by two ways

 

1) jailbroken i-device

download appcake from cydia or website directly search for modern combat 5 and boom you have it 

 

if you dont have a jailbroken i-device then 

  

 

2) computer method 

 

you need a pc for this, download modern combat 5's ipa file 

you will need an application for this i use syncios
