It is jail broke. I did it yesterday. I am unfamiliar with how to use ifiles. I did just purchase the package thru cydia

Click the link in the first post using Safari and bypass all the ads until you see a download link for the hack. Click the download link and you'll be presented with a page where you have the option to 'Open in iFile...'. Click that and then it'll open the file along with a popup. Click installer from the popup and it should finish with result code 0.

 

Next, just open the game.
