Help/Support App store, cydia and safari not working

Hey guys,i have an ipad mini and its jailbroken. Whenever i try to open any of the apps(app store,cydia and safari) it won't open...... Pls help!! Thx

also try to open them in safe mode

after i downloaded an app

i downloaded an app from the appstore -build away

will try that

u know it was lying in a corner of my house so i thought i should start it again and start hacking games.I installed the game build away idle city and installed the tweak for it

you said you download an app ?

delete that app and clear its cache

try booting into safe mode open cydia and download crash reporter, it would help to find faulty application or tweak delete that thing and restart your i-device

if still it doesnt work use i-lex rat to unjailbreak your i-device and reset and format it
