IAP is actually short for in-app purchase but i think he meant .ipa which is a compressed application used to download the file into your ios system. But to download an ipa file, your ios system has to be jailbroken. So i dont really know how to hack subway surfer unjailbroken, the only way i know is to get a hacked save and put it on your game through ifunbox and ibackupbot.
