Help/Support HELP: How to downgrade an App to older version?

[Vegito 288 iPhone 7 11.2.1]

Alright i know there is a tweak to downgrade Apps called as App Admin but i need something other than that. I am trying to find older version of Friendbase app (Version 1.9) but i can't find it anywhere. 

Your time and help would be highly appreciated!

Edit: I wanted iPA of Friendbase of version 1.9 though . App Admin doesn't helps .

Appadmin or an older version of IPADude you need to mark as solved*****

How can I mark it as solved when nobody has given an appropriate answer .

It does, when you click about says version "19"

 

I also cracked ipa and it says 1.9.0
