How do you plant a mystery seed?

When you go to an empty bud, then the mystery seed pops up where the guano and watering can normally are, then just drag it onto the pot

So this game is linked to your device.. There for it won't let me have more than one account per device can any of you genius, tell me a work around. I tried mg faker and I tried slice and I tried to change the .plist... Nothing is working. When you try and load up a different account is says this device is already linked to a Facebook account. So what can I do to make it think I have a new or restored phone.
