Help/Support iBackupBot error

Recently, I messed with the Backup files of my iphone on the computer. Now, when I start iBackupBot, I get an error -5 which says "Couldn't handshake with device" and the other error is "Couldn't load backup in C:\Users\User\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync\Backups\c5454...\ Couldn't open MBDB file". Anyone knows how to fix this?
