July 28, 2016... iv tried several times and had to redownload / reinstall the game a few times now.. this mod DOESN'T work.. if it will save anyone the time and efforts that iv gone through hopefully the post will be worth it. The one mod out there that actually works is for the current version but the only mod is unlimited funds (money, etc). It makes the game alot more fun but my son was looking forward to the no cool down and other additional mods on this thread release. Once again we are having to restart the game. This mod sounded amazing and I thought it would be worth the trouble but it doesn't work and wasn't work the restarting the game worth it. Try for yourself but I'd recommend the other mod out there that gives only the unlimited funds, that works 100% with no crash.
