Help/Support Respring leads to blurry background

[Earthiest 1.1k iPhone 15 Pro Max 18.1]

So yeah, everytime I respring my phone or it crashes and it turns back in, my background is blurry. It like looks like so much pixels were lost and it's just blurred out like it's been smudged like and oily screen. And I have to keep setting back the picture as wallpaper to make it gain the original clean quality again. Is there a way to stop this, and is this happening to anyone else? It's really annoying..

Nope, I have no wallpaper tweaks. *i also updated the post with pictures*

When it crashes, what suspects do you get by CrashReporter (if you have it installed, if not, install it)?
