Error in mobile terminal (trying to start a new project with theos)

    This is what has happened, I try and start a new topic using theos, I type :

    /var/theos/bin/nib.pl
Returns: No such file found or directory 

    I have checked iFile if it does exist and it does. I also tried just doing $THEOS/bin/nib.pl but it returns the same error

    It's called "New Instance Creator". So "nic.pl"

    Just copy Perl from /usr/local/bin 
    And paste into /usr/bin

     

    Edit: Do that if you do nic.pl as DiDA said and you get same error
