Help/Support BlueStacks: "One Time Setup"

I am trying to download an app since I recently installed Bluestacks.

I searched up "Craft Royale" and it then says "One Time Setup" It been stuck on this for over 10 minutes now and I don't know what to do.

I guessed you would've....... Close one time setup at the top, go to internet and use aptoide to install the games you want

How do I do that?

Go to aptoide.com through the bluestacks browser and install it, then open aptoide and search for the game you want, I am pretty sure Google has a better explanation on how to use aptoide though
