XPosed Installer + "Device Emulator Pro" does the same, but with much more options. You could get the device emulator pro for free, just search for modded apk on the net.

So 1. Root Device => 2. XPosed Installer => 3. Device Emulator Pro (mod apk) => 4. Activate Emulator in Xposed => 5. Change IMEI, Device ID, MAC and much more ...

What would be really interesting is how to change IMEI on IOS 12.5 and above ... that would be a good work
