Help/Support Locked out of snapchat

My friend has been using snapchat and downloaded casper (a third party plugin) and decided to uninstall the plugin 3 days before she got locked out twice. We've contacted snapchat but they're telling us that it was because of a third party plugin which she doesn't have? What do I do
