For U.S. PayPal accounts, an account is unverified when it doesn't have a linked bank account.

Log in to your PayPal account and click on the "View Limits" link on your PayPal Account Overview page to see what limits you have and for instructions on how to lift the limits.

* PayPal will accept a debit card if you don't have a cc.

Yes. Log into your account. Scroll to the bottom under more account options click on spending limits and it should all be there, both spend and receive.

okay so with the money recieving (I have the incomplete plan) there's really no limit?

There's no perfect answer for your question because it varies from account to account. To ensure that you have no sending or receiving limit, you can get verified. PayPal reviews every payment that goes through the system. I hope my link was helpful. Were you able to see your limits?
