When I try to download an app it comes up saying the iTunes Store is currently unavailable please try again later and I can't sing back into my iTunes account because it comes up saying that also when I go onto a game it says it I don't know what it is mabey its a tweak or maybe it's just my iTunes Store please if you know how to fix it please help thanks

If you have jailbreak try to restore your phone but stay on the same firmware. I forgot the app's name to do that, some of the guys may know it.

Also try booting into mode without tweaks, and see are the tweaks causing it.
