I think you must separate the iOS 8 and iOS 9 hack for summoners war.Now got two person on iOS 9 experience the same problem,including me.

I refuse to let my hack insecure... Plus this is made to work for iOS 9 as well.

You used it on something else than normal quests

I dunno really, I don't play it only test the hacks in quests
