Help/Support iCleaner for non jailbroken Device? Or alternative?

Hi all,

 

is there a way to get iCleaner on a non jb device with iOS 9.3?

Or does anyone know a good alternative?

My gf's phone is crowded with junk-files...

I know phoneclean for windows but the free version is shit.

There is a way for non Jailbroken to clean the apps cache, just start a really big download like a movie (8gb or so) which has to occupy more than the device's free space, it will start cleaning the cache than eventually say you don't have enough storage space, but it will have cleaned every one of your app's cache
