Help/Support iOs device isn't compatible

Hi, first sorry for my bad english.

I have an iPhone 4 with iOs 7.1.2 jailbroken and I would like to play to raid HQ.

But when I start the game, it says device isn't compatible.

How can I do to play? Any issue?

you can contact the AppStore support for that, though you don't need to tell them you have a jailbreak. iPhone 4 is nothing new so it could be because of poor performance
