c++ will give you the basics and then learn objective c

Oh well I thought making .deb files and making in-game menu like Shmoo would require some coding knowledge

Theos is the IDE that we compile on Not a language

You gotta setup theos and get a sdk. Theres something called 'EasyTheos' on Cydia that will do the work for you and there are lots of tuts here
