No, i cant boot on to safe mode.

Since i can only do the method 3 on going to safe mode. By pressing volume up. It doesnt take me to safe mode. Idk why.

Im holding untill it turn on normally, but as soon as im on lock screen, im still stuck at the "choose your wifi connection".

Its turning on normally but not on the safe mode.

What if you choose your Wifi but skip adding password so you can get to your home screen?

Huh?. I cant skip choosing password. It will tell me my ipad is not yet set-up. If i choose to use itunes, i need laptop, but i dont have any.

Tried a different Wi-Fi other than your home one?

I tried different wifi, but still thesame.
