Help/Support Stuck Trying To Restore Iphone

I jailbroke my iphone 4 for and it worked for months and then all the sudden when I restarted it and unlocked it , it would just show my wallpaper and then immediately restart and repeat the process. I always get an error whenever I try to restore the iphone and I want to know if you guys have any solutions to fix this.

what he said, if you don't know how to put it into sage mode you hold down the volume up button while it is restarting.

Whenever I boot it automatically shows connect to itunes I have tried a program that use to be able to take it out of recovery mode but it doesnt work now.
