ok for the instant building construction try this. Turn the cheat off go in game build a building. Then close game from multitask bar too. Then turn cheat on for instant construction and free store only don't turn on the instant clearing yet. Go in game and the building should be ready.

So it seemed to have worked. But I ran out buildings to build to test again lol. I'm so confused on how to play this game hahaha. It's definitely not like Clash of Clans
