Now to first begin this method you are going to need to spend a little money. Although, once you pay this money you will be getting double the coins/gems/diamonds etc. So, if you pay for 50 dollars of clash of clans gems you will gettting 100 dollars worth of gems. Once you complete this purchase a email will be sent to your apple id. I currently do not have the email but I have tried this method before and was successful. I believe it will say "Report A Problem" or something along those lines on the email. You will want to click on that and you want report not recieving the in game purchase item. Then it should give you a email or a way to contact either apple or the game company. Most likely, they will give you a email to contact them. In this email you will want to show them pictures of proof of your transaction. And make sure you go in your game and spend some gems/diamonds//coins so its actually believable. You will defintley want to show some screenshots of how you didn't recieve your precious coins. You want to also mention in this email that your internet is very bad and things have happened similar to this incident before. They will then respond with a easy confirm information or telling you that they sent you the gems/diamonds/coins etc. And if your in contact with apple they will probably refund your money and you will be able to purchase another 50 dollars worth of gems.
