how to resolve black screen?

[rollingrocker 52 iPad Pro (2nd gen) 16.2]

Launched the game this evening and got the following message:

 

Account Banned

"This account has been banned from playing due to repeat offenses."

 

Notes:

I have played maybe 10 minutes since the latest GOH update came out a few weeks back.  I never play in a guild.  Somehow I got banned... so those of you out there be aware... I tried to be squeaky clean but still got banned.

iFile installer is giving me an error.

Hello i had the same message

 

what i do is to use the install with the deb file

i have the error message

 

after i re-use the deb file but i use the extract option not the install

 

and i copy the "bv" file from

var/mobile/documents/binary

 

and put it in the folder :

var/container/bundle/application/(no app name here it's like 19DE8C... with ios9.3.3) find the folder containing "bv.app"

and paste the bv file and replace if ask

 

and it works now...
