Help/Support Having Problem Backup My Iphone 6 to Itunes

Hi there, Im facing some problem backup my iphone 6 ios 9.1 to itunes..

It appear this window:

Itunes could not backup the iphone "because the iphone disconnected"

 

Im using original usb cable..

And i did reset network settings..

Its still the same..

 

Anyone can help me to solve this problem please

Thecable looks good.. I still can charge it..

Everytime i backup when it reach like 80% it will appear the window that ay my iphone disconnected.. Not sure why tha happen

On your computer try deleting any backups you have and turn off wifi syncing in settings on your iphone
