Basically you creat a bunch of fake accounts, then you sign in with all of them and your real one in apps like MegaFollow, followFast etc....

then take your fake accounts and just follow/like a bunch of people using the auto follow button in these kind of apps. When you have a lot of coins just buy followers/likes on your main account

 

and for the mails of the fake just go in a mail generator (google Mail generator)

I've actually already been trying that. What ends up happening is that Instagram prompts me to input a phone number and confirm it, plus the amount of people I can follow per 30min/hour gets decreased drastically.

The only way I've found out that works is if the account you create is active (1 or 2 posts a day) then I can follow a larger amount of people at once. But having to do that with 10 more accounts is tedious.

I did, and in the beginning it worked, but after creating numerous accounts, after each set of follows I do, the account gets a 1 week ban.
