Help/Support Gamecentre won't open

I don't know what caused this in the first place.

Gamecentre app or settings will not open at all. If I do, it just freezes or goes blank.

 

Any help? Also, gamecentre doesn't log into any app.

This is a normal problem for iOS 9.0.2, iOS 9.0.2 has this problem all other versions of iOS doesn't normally get this problem. This is one of the reasons I'm waiting for a new jailbreak for iOS 9.3.x or maybe even iOS 10.

Klepto had this problem and he just updated to 9.2/9.3 I think
