Help/Support $THEOS/bin/nic.pl No such directory

[mitosis 4.2k iPod Touch 5G 7.1.1]

I am trying to make a Tweak

So when I type this message on Terminal "$THEOS/bin/nic.pl" it says No such name or directory even though I have Theos installed on my iPod 5 iOS 7.1.1

 

Please help

I get the following:

I get the following:

 

sh: /var/theos/bin/nic.pl : /usr/bin/perl : bad interpreter: No such file or directory 

There was an update to perl, when downloaded it is located in another place that where theos is looking for it.
