I think you can still put your phone in DFU mode even if it's in heat alert mode, do that and then reset from PC, if it's a software bug this will certainly work

i am actually in dfu mode but itunes want absoluty set upgrade to 9.3.1 what did you advice to me ??

If you can get it to boot in normal mode you will be able to keep the current version of the OS, otherwise you'll have to update if you can only get it to DFU.. I'm sorry
