Does the file have some weird permissions? Try setting them to 777.

what file if its the cheats file he cant get to because its in the trash and he can't get to trash cause his is like gone

what file if its the cheats file he cant get to because its in the trash and he can't get to trash cause his is like gone

If there's no trash then it's probably turned off from iFile settings.

Not necessary. You can use Semi-Restore or Cydia Impactor instead.
