There is no need to empty them. They might not even exist if you turned trash option off.

first off who ever marked as solved it has not been solved until I confirm. And 2nd the iOS cheats repo he can not just delete he followed shmoo's tutorial on how to remove it and it did not work plus he can not access the trash I'm getting ******* pissed because I'm not getting enough help and other people keep responding saying go to the directory which is var/mobile/library/Ifile/trash ok I get that but how is he supposed to go to the ******* directory if it's not fully working Updated April 6, 2016 by Taylor Meyer

That is where the trash is located. As long as you delete the file you have removed the repo. If it still appears you can try removing it via the Cydia interface.

That is where the trash is located. As long as you delete the file you have removed the repo. If it still appears you can try removing it via the Cydia interface.

Does the file have some weird permissions? Try setting them to 777.
