Help/Support Can't delete an ongoing app download on my iPhone

I tried installing an app an it is getting stuck an won't continue to download but sticks.. I tired deleting an it won't delete .. Tried going into safe mode to delete still no luck .. Can someone help me with this issue in having ? Thanks you ????

Try to change the Time and Date.

1. Go to Settings -> General -> Usage -> Manage Storage and check to see if your partially installed app is there. If it is, uninstall it by tapping on it and then press the 'Delete App' button.

 

2. Have you also tried logging out of your Apple ID temporarily?

Navigate to Settings -> iTunes & App Store -> Apple ID -> Sign Out.

 

Then open the App Store and Navigate to the Featured section. Scroll to the bottom of the page and touch the Sign In -> Use Existing Apple ID.

Thank you everyone Dida told me to go to settings an usage when I went to my storage it was there stuck an I was able to delte the app.. I appreciate the fast responses .. Best iOS site out there .. Cheers ????
