Log out and re sign up with a different email address once you sign up click not now on the free trial and send your details over.

Right this is simple. Create a new email address that you haven't used. Sign up from your mobile phone once you have signed up and can access the app close it don't click anything and send your details, the sign up process doesn't mention anything with card details or free trial. That pops up after you have signed up just don't click anything and close the app
