How to fix the "Not loading App Store issue"

    :stars: In this topic i will be explaining my experience with this issue, lets get into it  xD  :stars: 

     

    So when i first encountered this issue my Father walked up to me telling me that he can't open the App Store and all i did was turn off the device(via power button only) and turn it back on and then the App Store loaded... That simple right usually almost every software problem when it comes to apps not loading all you have to do is power off you device.

    What if you just closed the App Store and re-opened it? Or tapped on any of the menu buttons 10 times?
