Help/Support AppStore setting in iPad settings is frozen

AppStore setting in iPad settings is frozen And wont show my apple id ...tec and wont let me to tap on other settings like wifi, Bluetooth....etc so i have to close it from app switch ....

And it wont let me download apps from AppStore...

Didnt work, I tried home + power till it restarts but didnt solve the issue

This is bugs in the update Apple fixed them in 9.1, there's also game centre problems on 9.0.2

ok then try backing up your device using a computer and then reset your device if you know then rest of the steps then your good if not just message me ill help you

if your jailbroken then you choose to either save your jailbreak or fix your device but a jailbreak for iOS 9.3 will be released soon thats why i updated my iPhone and im waiting

because history duh almost every jailbreak comes 1-3 weeks after the iOS version the team targets

Can someone help me to upload an app from AppStore called "astrill VPN client" v2.0, it's around 10MB, I want to reinstall it and check if it solve the issue

Ok I guess I know what caused that problem, I uninstalled a VPN app and after that I got problem with AppStore,

 

Can someone help me to upload an app from AppStore called "astrill VPN client" v2.0, it's around 10MB, I want to reinstall it and check if it solve the issue

 

try going to General and see if there is a section that says profiles and uninstall that and if the App Store just power down your device COMPLETLY(via holding the power botton) that might help
