Yes and it says it's active.

Could it be because there's no alternate DNS? (Using Windows 10 here)

I ended up on http://unblock-us.com, used an email I had and it works on my iPad 4, iPad mini, iPhone 6 & Apple TV I tested them all.

I tried that but it refuses to let me use it without detecting it. Even on my iPhone for some reason.

Clearly you must be doing something wrong here, do you know exactly how to change dns? Or activate a vpn? I'm from the uk and have managed to get a working dns for American Netflix from the site I just showed you.

Yes. I've been using them for like a year now. I'm not the only person who's experiencing this issue either. It doesn't seem to affect everyone (no clue how their new cracking down method works) but I can assure you I'm not doing it wrong since I've been using DNS and VPNs for Netflix for a long while now.

 

Plus it's not exactly difficult to run a VPN/set up a DNS to mess up SOMEWHERE in the process.
