When I got it, I can't tap anything on the game screen and its pissing me off. Now none of the ninja kiwi games work. Unless I'm in safe mode

Just uninstall the tweak. You can uninstall it in cydia>installed. Then go to the tweak you downloaded.If that doesn't, work after you uninstall, reinstall bloons td battle.
