I would have a smoother sistem like iOS 7 or 6 without or with downgrade

I have iPad 3 iOS 9.0.2 jb

Re-Jailbreak afterwards but installing tweaks might slow it down.

i didnt say that... ios 9 fully restore is very laggy and slow of ios 7 or 6... i would have a smoother firmware with performance tweaks or delete files unnecessary with ifile
