Try to downgrade your FW, I know "illegal instructions" occurred for a few tools (such as LLDB) after a update in 2014.

Hope it works out for you.

I have never tried it on a Linux Machine. lldb, just like gdb, both are on your device. When you run them, you run them from your device. They're located in: /usr/bin/debugserver /usr/bin

Try running it while in Safe Mode?

Do you have any other conflicting tweaks? Check them all.
