Try to downgrade your FW, I know "illegal instructions" occurred for a few tools (such as LLDB) after a update in 2014.

Hope it works out for you.

ah yeah but why should I downgrade my device just for gdb lol

thing is, they have a download link for debian linux already so I just follow the weird part first?

Use the debugserver from that post. It's working fine.

Try running it while in Safe Mode?

 

Do you have any other conflicting tweaks? Check them all.
