You need to wait for it to upload.

your site isnt working.... I upload and it just loads and loads thenngives me an error

Try loading the binary in IDA and see if it gives you the option to load ARMv7 and ARM64.

if it doesnt, its thinned?

If it only gives you the option to load ARMv7, it's already thinned.
