To crack it, use Clutch2 or Rasticrac from cydia.iphonecake.com. Search the forum for tutorials on how to use them.

You crack using your iDevice, yes.

 

IDA related stuff are done on your PC.

You crack ipa, and you rename it to .zip and extract binary from it on pc. Then load it on ida
