After playing around with this for a couple hours and using Google translate to try understand the Chinese writing to get paid apps you need to invite friends. All free apps are downloadable and usuablw but the paid ones aren't unless you do tasks to get them and that alone is a far difficult challenge unless you understand whatever language it is.
