You may find lots of applications on line that claim that they could but they can't, they're most likely a virus of some sort or some scam to make you do a survey.

Although, if you really want to get access to a facebook account and have access to the device(s) used. You can always put on a keylogger, check their saved passwords, or if they're using Firefox you can tweak it to make the browser automatically remember/save their password once they log in.
