Help/Support Kendall&Kylie game save help?

Hi, I've been unable to download the game save files for the Kendall and Kylie game and was wondering if anyone could help me? I clicked on the link that was provided here but the download link makes me download a winrar with some setup instead of the game files? Can someone please enlighten me on this? It would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much!

My device is also non-jailbroken.

Skip ads? I don't see the ads popping up (unless I click on them) or a skip ad button anywhere on the uploadex site.

I tried downloading it myself and it redirects me to the AppStore every time I press download. I tried about 20 times until I gave up. Idk why the download link is like that, maybe to get more money ._.
